Adam

“Adam,” a poem by Janie Hofmann, appears in the most recent edition of Eclectica Magazine.

“I once watched a peach
fall and crack into
a beautiful wet smile
of pale orange pulp,
only to be pecked
by crows while the grass
took care to hide the stone.”
